Pool View Cottage is charming holiday cottage set within the Lincolnshire Wolds just a few miles outside of Louth.

The Cottage is fully furnished including cooker, fridge, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, tablelamps,
and all day to day living items and decorative elements; and consists of:
- three good sized bedrooms, sleeping a total of 6;
- a downstairs toilet and shower room;
- good sized storage cupboard suitable for luggage, pushchairs etc;
- a first floor living space comprising of a lounge, kitchen and dining area.
- a private terrace area with picnic table and bench - suitable for family BBQs or just sitting and enjoying the view!
