Book Your Stay at Fieldview Holidays
Bookings are available for a minimum of two nights, with prices charged per night per cottage. We have three self-catering holiday cottages available, sleeping 6, 7, and 6 guests respectively.
For larger gatherings, all three cottages can be booked together to accommodate up to 19 guests — ideal for family holidays, celebrations, or group stays in the Lincolnshire countryside near Louth.
To secure your booking, a small non-refundable deposit is required. Please let us know in advance if you are planning a special occasion or wish to bring a dog.

Nightly Pricing Per Cottage
Our prices are shown per night, per individual cottage, based on a self-catering stay in the Lincolnshire countryside near Louth.
For guests booking multiple cottages or the entire site, the total cost is calculated by combining the nightly rate of each cottage included in your booking. For example, booking all three cottages for exclusive use (sleeping up to 19 guests) will be the combined total of the individual cottage rates.
This flexible pricing structure allows you to choose the level of space and privacy that best suits your stay — whether that’s a single cottage escape, a partial group booking, or exclusive hire of all three cottages and the wider grounds.

To book, a non-refunable deposit of £100 is required. Balance would then be due 2 calandar months prior to arrival.

Booking all three holiday cottages together at Fieldview Holidays gives your group exclusive use of the wider setting, including three acres of peaceful Lincolnshire countryside, an outdoor pool, hot tub, generous on-site parking, and the surrounding grounds. Sleeping up to 19 guests, this is the ideal option for family gatherings, celebrations, or group getaways where space, comfort, and privacy matter most. While the main house is occupied by the owners, Marie and Ian Williamson, we are always discreet and respectful of your privacy, ensuring your stay remains relaxed, undisturbed, and entirely your own.

Partial Hire
Our partial group hire option offers exclusive use of two of our self-catering holiday cottages, sleeping up to 13 guests in total. This is a perfect choice for smaller family gatherings or group holidays who still want space, privacy, and a countryside setting in Lincolnshire near Louth, without needing the full site.
Guests booking this option benefit from access to shared outdoor space, generous on-site parking, and the peaceful surroundings of Fieldview Holidays. While the third cottage and main house may remain occupied, we always ensure your group has privacy and space to enjoy your stay comfortably.
This option provides a relaxed balance of exclusivity and flexibility, ideal for those looking for a more intimate group getaway.

Guests booking a single cottage still enjoy a quiet and private stay, with the option to explore the local area or simply unwind in a tranquil setting. While other cottages and the main house may be occupied, the layout of the site ensures a calm and spacious environment throughout your visit.
